How You Use It:
Sprinkle antioxidant, nature-identical Vitamin C Inside/Out crystals into water to:
- Remove oxidizers, such as: chlorine and chloramines
- Soothe skin and improve the appearance of rosacea, eczema, psoriasis ?and other inflammatory conditions
- Lower pH of water to prevent alkaline irritation of skin
- Prevent and reduce symptoms associated with feminine hygiene
- Soothe infant skin and help prevent diaper rash
Antioxidant Protection:
- Fruits: To retard discoloration and spoilage caused by oxidation, soak or rinse fruit in water containing 1/2 tsp. of Vitamin C crystals dissolved in one quart of water
- Vegetables: To retard nutrient loss during preparation, add 1/2 tsp. of Vitamin C crystals to cooking water or sprinkle on vegetables before steaming
- Meats: To enhance flavor and reduce oxidative free radicals, sprinkle Vitamin C crystals prior to grilling
